Introduction

Kembara Cashless
A Joint Initiative by PayNet and Sabah Parks

The "Kembara Cashless" marketing program is implemented to promote the adoption of cashless payments for entrance fees across all 33 payment centers located at 18 sites managed by Sabah Parks. This campaign is a strategic collaboration between PayNet, Sabah Parks, and selected partner banks, aimed at enhancing digital payment convenience while offering rewards to visitors and Sabah Parks staff.

Campaign Mechanism

  • Visitors: Pay & Win!. Mechanism (Automatic Participation):

    • Visitors who make payments using MyDebit will be automatically entered into a lucky draw throughout the campaign, managed by PayNet.
    • 30 lucky visitors will win e-cash prizes, encouraging the use of MyDebit at Sabah Parks and its surrounding areas.

  • Sabah Parks Staff: Incentives Based on Transaction Volume

    • Only parks/premises that receive MyDebit payments at Sabah Parks’ entry points will qualify to participate in the incentive campaign based on the highest transaction volume.
    • The top 3 parks/premises with the highest number of transactions during the campaign period will receive rewards in the form of cash incentives.
    • This mechanism is designed to encourage Sabah Parks staff to proactively promote cashless payments to their customers.

Cashless Transactions by Visitors at All 18 Sabah Parks Locations

An increase of 30% in cashless transactions across Sabah Parks.

Participation of Sabah Parks Premises

100% of park premises involved in the campaign achieve at least 75 cashless transactions per week.
